Winter is coming...

Updated: Jan 17, 2021

Well December is nearly upon us- what a strange, unexpected and exhausting year 2020 has been!

After a year of cancelled events, we were thrown a lifeline through September and October, with a location catering gig in and around Hebden Bridge, feeding the lovely cast and crew of Meet the Richardsons TV special out next month, and Season 2 airing early 2021).

With a second lockdown looming at the end of Oct, I (Mack) flew out to Palma, Mallorca to do some engineering refit work on a boat.

Anna did a private chef gig in the Lake District, and kept Grub Tubs stocked-up and delivered around Keighley.

Eager to wind down at the end of the year, we were initially undecided about doing a Xmas menu and December specials, but with Anna’s NYE and Jan gigs either cancelled or unlikely, we took the plunge and devised some treats to tickle your tastebuds!

So, for the next month, we have Xmas Grazing Boxes, 1/2/3-course xmas dinners (delivered chilled on 24th Dec), a range of decadent brownies, delicious chutneys, indulgent slabs of chocolate pimped with various toppings and vouchers for those who just can’t make up their minds!

Mmmmm - brownies!

It has been touch and go this year whether to continue running the business or just close (either temporarily or permanently) and go and get jobs. We are continually thankful that the support of all our customers, friends and family has enabled us to stay afloat during these times.

We wish all of you a warm and happy xmas.

Here’s to a brighter 2021!
